Pottery Paradise has been providing quality garden products sourced from around the world to businesses for more than 25 years. We are a distributor based in California with distribution centers in Ontario, CA and Joliet, IL. We partner with 10 factories in China, Vietnam and Mexico. This allows us to supply extensive selections from ceramics to Talavera, earthenware, fiber clay, cement, basalt stone and more.
We mainly sell pre-designed pallet programs for which you can get mixture of items in a pallet. This program can help you save money and assures you are receiving your pottery in good condition with no damages. They will be shipped in a manner that is more economically and logistically better for you.
We also provide Direct Import Program for which we can customize your pottery selection with the latest style and colors. Call or email us if you need to place order!
Shipping Charges
Orders under $2,000: Customer pays full shipping.
Orders between $2,000 and $5,999: Customer pays 12% of the invoice amount as shipping charge.
Orders between $6,000 and $9,999: Customer pays 10% of the invoice amount as shipping charge.
Orders $10,000 and more: Customer pays 8% of the invoice amount as shipping charge.
*Customer Pays Full Freight on Plastic Base Program.
Customer will pay $150 extra for residential/farm locations deemed by carrier before shipping or after delivery (for either proposal above).
The following represents shipping charges for pottery to Canada only: Customers pays 20% of the shipping charge plus all brokerage fees (including but not limited to Customs Clearance, Duty Fee, and GST).
